Hello and welcome! I'm Tiffany—dental hygienist, mother, partner, and believer that every child deserves a healthy, confident start in life. I’ve been practicing dental hygiene since 2020, and I founded Heart + Home Smiles to bring gentle, preventive care directly to families in a way that feels personal, peaceful, and rooted in love.
I grew up in Goble, a small rural town just outside of Portland, where access to healthcare wasn’t always easy to come by. That experience shaped my heart for service and inspired me to create a practice where every family—especially those in rural or underserved communities—can feel seen, supported, and cared for.
Why This Matters
As a licensed Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist (EPDH, pending), I’m able to provide care outside of the traditional dental office, making it easier for families to get the early prevention their children need. Whether it’s a child’s first fluoride treatment or a toothbrush coaching session with a parent, I meet every patient with empathy, education, and kindness.
Outside of work, I’m raising two young kids alongside my partner, navigating the same daily ups and downs as many of the families I serve. We stay busy chasing our dog Coachie, soaking in the chaos, and finding small joys in everyday moments. I know firsthand how valuable your time and trust are—and how important it is that your child feels comfortable and cared for.
